Overfold hides the menu bar icons you don't need, and brings them back with a click.

Always shown
Right of the grey line. Wi-Fi, battery, the clock, and anything you glance at all day.
Shown on click
Between the lines. Click the arrow or press ⌃⌥O. They tuck away when you click elsewhere, or after 15 seconds, but never while a menu is open.
Kept out of sight
Left of the blue line. Sync clients and agents that never need you. ⌥-click the arrow to reach them.
Hold ⌘ and drag. That's the setup.
No settings window, no permissions, nothing to subscribe to. Overfold is one tiny app that starts at login and stays out of the way.
